Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Introduction

TimeCalculator.day ("we", "us", "our") provides free online time calculation tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Calculation data — none. All calculations run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No dates, times, numbers, or other input you enter is ever transmitted to our servers, stored, or logged. Your data never leaves your device.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4, measurement ID G-8HQN92W2TZ) to understand aggregate usage of our site — for example, which pages are visited, approximate geographic region, device type, and browser type. This is non-identifying statistical data.

Preferences. Your theme choice (light/dark mode) and cookie consent choice are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

No accounts, no personal data. We do not offer user accounts, do not ask for your name, email, or any personal information, and do not collect payment information.

3. How We Use Information

Analytics data is used solely to improve our website: understanding which tools are useful, fixing issues, and evaluating overall site performance. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _gid, _gat) to measure site usage. You can accept or decline these via our cookie consent banner. Your theme preference and consent choice are stored in localStorage on your device. See our

Cookie Policy for details.

5. Third-Party Services

Google Analytics. Google LLC processes analytics data on our behalf in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Google may use this data to improve its own products and services.

We do not currently display third-party advertising. If we add advertising in the future, this policy will be updated to describe the third-party cookies involved.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

European users (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data concerning you, and the right to object to or restrict processing. Since we collect no personal data beyond anonymized analytics, there is typically nothing to access or erase — but you may contact us at any time.

California users (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Opting out of analytics: You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out tools (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Note that analytics cookies do not affect how the calculators work.

7. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13 (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because no personal data is collected at all, there is no risk of unauthorized collection.

8. Data Security

Because calculations happen entirely in your browser and we store no personal data, there is no personal data to secure on our servers. Analytics data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
